Bandon Dunes, Dunes course is another real treat to play at the resort. Check out my reviews of Pacific Dunes, Bandon Trails and Old Macdonald.
Hole 1
The first hole is an uphill par 4 measuring 322 meters. It is a dogleg right. The fairway is forgiving from the tee. A good opening hole.
HOLE 2
The second hole is another par 3 measuring 142 meters. It was windy and I hit a good 6 iron on the green to setup a par.
HOLE 3
Bandon Dunes third hole is a par 5 measuring 447 meters. I played the hole well and made the only birdie of my round.
HOLE 4
4th hole on Bandon Dunes is a really good par 4. From the tee you can either layup close to bunkers and leave a downhill approach shot. I opted for the more aggressive route over the right hand bunker and ended up closer to the green. Great views of the ocean when walking towards the green.

HOLE 10
HOLE 12
The 12th is a 140m par 3. It is the best par 3 on the course with wonderful views of the ocean. The pin was to the front part of the green which brings the bunker more into play. I made par with a good 9 iron shot to the green that ended up pin high in the fringe.
HOLE 15
The 15th is a 120m par 3. Another stunning hole where the wind was straight into and strong. I came up short with a 6 iron and made bogey.
HOLE 16
The 16th is a great par 4. A real risk reward hole. We had the wind behind us and I hit a rescue which was slightly long of the hole. Made par from behind the green. Again the views are just amazing.

MY EXPERIENCE
The Dunes course at Bandon Dunes was another fantastic experience to add whilst visiting Oregon. Another great architectural piece and also consistently ranked high. The course was a good test and we had a decent wind breeze to challenge the game.
I felt that I played better than my score of 81, but obviously the double bogey on 17 did not help. Will look forward to returning and getting an opportunity to improve the score.
